UK ASDA toyou Returns

You Can Now Return Your Order For FREE At Over 600 ASDA Stores! Here's what you need to do…
Step 1: Return your parcel within 30 days of receipt. If you have received an Asda toyou returns label with your parcel, please attach this label to your parcel. If not visit the Asda toyou website here download a QR Code to print in store.
Step 2: Take your parcel and QR Code to the Asda toyou signposted kiosk or hand to a colleague at your most convenient ASDA location; remember to include your returns note!
Step 3: Asda toyou will do the rest Remember to keep hold of your receipt to track your parcel, which you can do here

SALE ITEMS AND BUNDLE SALE OFFERS
Please note that all sales are final on items in our sale and bundle sale offers (ie 5 for £50, 3 for £45) and no refunds will be given for these items.

COVID-19
Due to the current situation surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, our returns policy has been extended to 30 Days from receipt of your order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund to the original payment method minus any shipping charges and handling fees if using our Easy Returns Method. We will notify you when this has been done.
Any items deemed in an unsaleable/ineligible for refund (not returned in their original condition within 14 days or receipt, damaged, soiled or with tags or security tape removed) will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email. We do not accept returns on Nakey Nakey products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. We advise that you keep hold of your returns tracking number until your refund has been processed.

I HAVE LOST MY RETURNS FORM
If you have misplaced your returns form please ensure that you include a note in the parcel with your returned item with your name, order number, reason for return and the items you wish to return. For more information please contact us.

WHERE IS MY REFUND?
We will process your refund within 10 working days of receipt of the goods minus any shipping charges if using our Easy Returns Method. We will send you an email to confirm your refund has been processed.
Please note that refunds can take 5-10 working days to show in your account depending on your payment provider. Please contact your payment provider for more.
